This company is a fast growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company headquartered in New York City, with its operations centre in Qingdao, China. We provide back office remote staffing services to U.S. companies in the insurance industry. Our sales, marketing, and client integration are handled from our New York office while our Qingdao staff connects remotely to our clients’ systems to function as a part of their production team. Currently we have 20 clients and 150 employees and are adding among 10 to 20 employees each month. Recently named a “Rising Star” and one of the 100 Top Global Outsourcing Companies by the International Outsourcing Association, we expect to have over 50 clients and 400 employees by the end of 2008.

Internship Description:

  • The intern is supposed to prepare and hold applicant interviews.
  • Organise and hold trainings in various fields, such as: email writing, computer programmes, American insurance and English.

Requirements:

  • Must be majored in Business Administration, HR, Training, Anglistics.
  • To have a very good command of English (English native speakers are preferred).
  • To have working experience in the field of HR and Training.
  • To have basic MS-Office skills.
  • To have good knowledge about insurance.
  • To work independently.
  • Duration of internship: Between 1-6 months.

Payment/Compensation: For a fulltime-internship at least 3 months, 1000 RMB / month will be provided.
