Internship Description: · Study, design, assembly and test of electric driving cabinet for immersion heater.
· Install the application on customer site.
· Adjust and control the good working of the customer application.

Internship Description:
1) SOP Development
- The development and improvement of SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) for manufacturing/ assembly of products including detailed step by step procedures.
- Work with engineers to discuss improved production methods and equipment.
- Measurement and planning for various production methodologies.
- Recommend methods of integrating SOP into overall production planning;.
- Requires English communication and documentation skills; some basic computer graphic editing skills advantageous.

2) Controller Testing
- Performance and feature testing of several competing electronic controller products and benchmarking against in-house products.
- Calculation of power and energy efficiencies of circuits or sub-circuits using standard test equipment.
- Requires electronics knowledge as well as experience with standard lab tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply; English or Chinese communication skills.
- Project length: 1- 3 months.
3) Marketing
- Perform market analysis for a new (non-technical) product line to be introduced into the North American market place including market segments, addressable market, market share, features by market space, key competitors and strategies.
- Requires cooperation with marketing personnel in Canada and optionally supplier in China.
- Requires good internet research skills, marketing knowledge and background, competitor analysis and strategy development; strong English communication skills Required project length: 1- 3 months.
4) Documentation Management
- Analyse the information used within the company including customer communications, technical drawings, commercial documents through order-specific production data and recommend a structured storage hierarchy in filesystem and existing CMS (content management system.)
- Consideration is required for controlled access to documents based on customer, individuals role, protection of intellectual property etc.
- Requires good interpersonal skills to work with all departments to understand existing documents, requires document access.
- Recommend strategy and resources required to migrate existing data into recommended structure.
- Requires good English communication skills and ability to understand overall operations and flow of company

5) Process Mapping
- Assist managers with documenting/ updating/ improving their operational and departmental processes/ procedures including data required/ output, ERP systems usage, auditing procedures, etc.
