What's Included?

- We do everything possible to make your preparation run smoothly before coming to China. This includes sending you the contracts and invitation letter necessary for the Visa Application.

- We will pick you up from the airport or train station in Qingdao and accompany you to your accomodation (host family, apartment or hotel/hostel). This also includes helping you to make the necessary police registration upon arrival. In Zhuhai we pick you up from the Zhuhai airport, bus station or harbour. If you arrive in Hong Kong, Guangzhou or Macau we will give you detailed instructions for your onward travel to Zhuhai and coordinate your pickup when you arrive.

- We take you to your accommodation and either introduce to your host family or settle you into your apartment, depending on which form of accommodation you booked.

- We'll have an introductory meeting with you at our office to answer your questions and talk about practicalities such as getting around the city. We then take you over to your internship host company and introduce you to your tutor or explain how to get to our language school, if you booked a language course.

- Upon arrival we provide you with a welcome package which contains:

• A prepaid SIM card charged with 50 RMB credit. We will tell you the number before your arrival so that you are reachable for your friends and family at home or for calling them to make sure that you arrived safely in China. You can also use this SIM card to call abroad at a low price.
• Useful information and suggestions for your stay prepared by Intern China.
• A map of the city and region with English and Chinese annotation.
• English language magazine which includes listings for where to party and where to eat.
• Local guide Book.
• A pocket size English-Chinese dictionary.
• A list of the contact details for all other interns so that you can make friends from the first day.
• Important contacts (phone numbers, emails, addresses you may want and need.)
• A questionnaire (this will help us improve our services for you and the next customers.)

What is not included?

- The bank fee for transferring money.

- Flights to and from China and transfer to Qingdao or Zhuhai.

- Medical and accidental insurance (you have to conclude it before you come to China). Please make sure your insurance is applicable in China. You also can buy medical and accidental insurance when you are in China, we can recommend an insurance provider for you, but questions about the terms and costs of insurance should be addressed directly to the insurance company.

- The costs for your travel documents to come to China (passport and visa, etc.). However, we will provide the invitation letter for obtaining a visa, travel visas can be obtained by applying to one of the Chinese embassies or consulates in your surrounding area.
