Upon booking a program with Intern China, you can pay by either a bank transfer or by PayPal. Please read this page carefully regarding payment instructions. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
Payment
If you have booked a homestay package or if you have only booked an aspect of our program without any accommodation, you will be required to make a down payment to the equivalent value of ¥1000 RMB, at least one month ahead of the starting date of the booked program, or alternatively transfer the entire amount due. Such an all-at-once advance payment is subject to a discount of 3% off the total amount due, if the payment is made directly by bank transfer. No discounts are offered for PayPal payments.
Our prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (RMB), however we can also receive payments in Euro, US Dollars or British Pounds. The exact amount is to be calculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment. For apartment package bookings, we require that you pay the entire package price for the whole stay at least four weeks ahead of arrival date. The pre-start payment is under no circumstances refundable. If you fail to make any payment at least 4 weeks prior to beginning the booked program and subsequently cancel the booking within this 4 week period, you liable to pay ¥1000 RMB as a late-cancellation fee. This penalty fee is intended to cover the work invested by the partner company prior the client’s planned arrival and must be paid to the partner company’s corporate account immediately after cancellation.
NB: we cannot arrange for your accomodation until the down payment has been received.
